Through this video, the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) shares its experiences with its strategy of improving urban water management in Yemen by investing institutional development of the sector. As part of this approach, the agency invested in building the management capacity of local-level water service providers, facilitating dialogue between stakeholders and assisting government bodies in tackling the problem at the policy level.
