Description

+1 #1 Alfonso Cortez 2009-10-28 04:31 It seems to me a very interesting and insightful video on issues that most times are difficult to reach a mutually beneficial solution.
I live in and study on the case of the U.S.-Mexico transboundary water issues where solutions beteween two very different countries are mostly difficult to come true, this despite we have one of the most mentioned International Water Treaties(1944). Congrats for this video teach us that when political aspects are resolved the dream of sharing a transboundary water resource will come true.
