Traditionally women in Pakistan used their hands to churn the milk. This process could take a long time and effort. In the last twenty years electric milk churners were introduced that freed up considerable time for women. This video supported by the Spate Irrigation Network, intends to introduce these churners in other countries as the lift the burden of rural women in diary production.
