It is important to elevate awareness of the water issues to the level of everyday understanding. There are obvious problems with freshwater availability and water quality, so it is definitely too late to end the global freshwater crisis. "A sustainable water future is still possible". That is the takeaway thought from University of California-Irvine Professor Jay Famiglietti.
