A brainchild of the District Collector Mr Kurian Baby, Mazhapolima is a project which seeks to create a people's movement on recharging open wells through rainwater harvesting. This effort is being supported by Arghyam www.arghyam.org for the documentation and the monitoring and evaluation part.
