Description

The Lost Lakes of Bangalore" is a project to document Bengaluru's many tanks and lakes which have vanished or severely degraded with urbanization and growth. Here Syed Amjad Ahmed recalls a lake from the 70s that became Jaraganahalli layout 15-20 years later. See the location on Google maps here: http://bit.ly/9Pj9Nn. Which lake was this? Or was it a part of the nearby, still existing Puttenahalli lake, that was encroached. Help us find out!
