Description

The Guadalupe River in Santa Clara Valley is thought of as one that overflows during rains, floods towns and cities and causes damage.

While designing development works along the river, the Santa Clara Valley Water District tries to remind people that the river's rich legacy is an important part of the valley's history and culture.
